Processing Time

All orders are processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note:

  • During sales, holidays, or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • Custom or personalized jewelry may require additional processing time (typically 7–10 business days).


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated Delivery Times (After Processing):

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 7–14 business days

  • International: 10–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons.


Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 USD (U.S. only).


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

International Shipping & Customs

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country. These fees are not included in our shipping rates.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

SparkleCharmCo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. If your package is marked delivered but not received:

  1. Check with neighbors or your local post office.

  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly.

  3. Reach out to us for assistance.

If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. SparkleCharmCo is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@sparklecharmco.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
